Returns/Exchanges
Our merchandise/soap/products may not be exchanged or returned. We do not except returns or replacements, especially because of health reasons and most people would never want to purchase someone else's return and we just would not resell a returned product. All of our merchandise/soap/products are inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please call UPS or the Post Office to report the damage. If your order is undeliverable, you are responsible for re-shipping. Shipping to the Continental USA is by USPS, FedEx or UPS ground. We have the right to replace for similar item. We have the right to refuse any orders placed on this web-site. Once you place your order on our website we cannot except a cancellation.
